With the microgrid, the synchronization capability between the generator and the energy storage Power Conversion System (PCS) ensures seamless and uninterrupted operation. The PCS can either synchronize with the generator’s grid or allow the generator to synchronize with the storage grid. This flexibility ensures a high-quality power supply by responding to load power fluctuations. Furthermore, if either the generator or the energy storage system experiences an unexpected shutdown, power supply continuity will be maintained without interruption.
